Claims Representative

We are currently partnering with our client in Clive in their search for a direct placement Claims Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and investigating claims. If you are customer-focused and a problem solver, apply for this opportunity today!

Responsibilities:

• Confirm coverage and evaluate petitions 
• Recommend solutions in a timely manner
• Assist by answering questions and providing guidance 
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims against the insured
• Ensure claims are resolved within department procedures and expectations
• Conduct research and work with attorneys as necessary

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Adjuster license or ability to obtain within 90-120 days if not already licensed
• 3-5 years of claims experience 
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of company coverages and terminology 

Work Model:

• On-Site opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after training
• 8:00AM – 5:00PM 
• Monday – Friday
