Client Executive – Data & Analytics

We are engaged with our client in their search for a Client Executive – Data & Analytics. In this role, you are responsible for managing the successful delivery of external client assessments, projects, and data and analytics solutions involving advanced analytics, business transformation, data warehousing, master data management, data quality, data engineering, and business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools, accelerators, standard methodologies, training, and team leadership within the Program Management domain
• Manage program resources, risks, and issues, communication of status to program stakeholders, interaction modeling, benefit pathing, deliverable completion, and acceptance
• Perform business analysis, creating and managing project plans, and regularly working with business and technical users
• Schedule resources, documentation capture, and sign-off of deliverables
• Ensure project deliverables are strategically aligned with business and project objectives
• Coordinate meetings between team members and business and IT stakeholders; gain sign-off on project deliverables
• Identify risks, their associated potential impacts, and the mitigation of the risks
• Maintain documentation and identify and track changes in project scope; update and maintain project plans regularly
• Assist with identifying and producing project metrics to be used in tracking project success
• Provide ongoing and consistent communication to stakeholders and project sponsors outlining status, risks, issues, key decisions, and action plans, including accurate and timely updates on project deliverables, timelines, and budget
• Identify project stakeholders clearly and project participants, establish roles and responsibilities with rules of engagement, communicate status, and issue resolution
• Provide coaching and mentoring of project resources to ensure the projects are delivered on- time and within budget

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience as a data and/or advanced analytics program leader on medium to large scale IT, Analytics, and/or Transformation projects within the Insurance space
• High-quality program management skills while also taking a strong role in contributing to the overall program
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects with a combination of onshore and offshore project teams in a consultant role
• 4+ years of solid Agile experience
• Knowledge of other project management disciplines and methodologies, including Waterfall, RUPP, Scrum, and Kanban; SDLC methodologies (Agile, waterfall) preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT preferred or 3 years of relevant professional experience
• JIRA and/or Trello and/or TFS
• Experience managing project teams of 5-20 people
• Active PMP / PMI Certification preferred
• Highly competent with MS Project and standard desktop MS Office applications
• Strong PowerPoint skills 
• Demonstrate the ability to create new and innovative solutions to problems that have previously not been encountered
• Excels in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success
