This niche insurance client is seeking a Client Manager to work with their Central Regional business clients. As a Client Manager, you will manage a book of business and ensure end-of-year renewals and upsells. You will own this important business relationship through ongoing high touchpoints via video, teleconferences, and phone. Responsibilities:
- Manage all client communication and day-to-day relationships
- Develop strategic plans to increase revenue and drive renewal business with a portfolio of business
- Work collaboratively with teams for consistent client follow-up, problem-solving, and product implementation
- Coordinate internal communications regarding all client requests
- Create a plan to manage the relationship through regular touchpoints via video, in-person, or calls
- Attend occasional trade shows or industry-specific conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in sales or client-facing role
- Proven success in a client relationship role
- Insurance products or employee benefits experience preferred
