Responsibilities:
- Guide staff with the day-to-day interactions with clients, families, and internal staff members
- Provide leadership to supervisors and staff in managing productivity in a positive and supportive manner to achieve billable expectations
- Provide clinical leadership and direction for all outpatient programs
- Supervise the program supervisors and ensure all programs comply with internal and external policies, guidelines, and standards
- Work within the division and across the organization cohesively to provide the highest quality of service to clients
- Provide case consultation as needed to supervisors and therapists
- Partner with the VP and HR to support supervisors’ efforts in areas of employee recruitment, retention, and recognition of clinical staff
- Ensure orientation and training efforts meet employee, program, and agency needs
- Provide regular reports and evaluations of program activities to the VP and external stakeholders as requested
- Provide fiscal operation and accountability for all outpatient programs
- Work with VP to determine and implement the strategic vision so it remains effective and responsive to community needs
- Provide safe, high-quality care to the children, youth, and families served
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or higher in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another clinical field.
- Licensed as an independent practitioner
- 5+ years of experience providing direct clinical services to children, youth, and families
- 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Experience with a diverse population
- Capacity to work with and relate to emotionally disturbed children
- Ability to supervise, and direct staff
- Effectively engage client/family/provider in services
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Passion for service and leading complex teams
- Knowledgeable about community resources and active in providing presentations to community stakeholders groups
