CNC Programmer

The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper calibration and alignment
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
• Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC programmer or similar role
• Proficiency in CAM software
• Strong understanding of machining principles and processes
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Familiarity with a variety of materials and machining techniques
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
