Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to make payment arrangements and negotiate settlements
• Communicate collection notices professionally and properly 
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in finding viable solutions
• Assist with complex situations as they arise
• Document and communicate developments and status in detail

Requirements:

• 2+ years of collections experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communicator
• Adept with solving issues efficiently
• Reliable, with customer focus
