Commercial Banking Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis regarding borrower’s financial situation
• Follow loan policies and procedures to mitigate credit risks
• Approve financing decisions and make recommendations on lending decisions
• Retain and develop existing current customer relationships
• Cross-sell bank products and services as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
• 5 years banking experience or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong computer skills
• Ag lending experience preferred

Hours:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday – Friday
