Commercial Lending Officer

Are you an experienced commercial lender with a large business book in the Des Moines market? Palmer Group is partnered with a bank based out of the Quad Cities area looking to grow into the Des Moines market within Commercial Lending. We’re targeting experienced Commercial Lending Officers with a minimum of one to five years of experience. Responsibilities:

• Build and service a commercial loan portfolio
•  
• Meet with potential and existing commercial customers
•  
• Cross-sell other bank products
•  
• Determine if the loan request is viable with bank policy
•  
• Develop new business by contacting prospects and customers
•  
• Participate in community affairs to increase the bank’s visibility
•  

Requirements:

•  
• 1-5 years of commercial lending or commercial operations experience
•  
• Proven sales skills and knowledge
•  
• Excellent interpersonal skills
•
