Commercial Loan Officer

A growing credit union is expanding its team in the Iowa City area. Our client is searching for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to help grow their market share in the Corridor. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients
• Explain requirements and processes to members
• Generate and manage a commercial loan portfolio
• Determine if the loan request is viable with bank policy
• Participate in strategic planning and increase visibility within the community

Requirements:

• 5+ years Commercial Lending experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Adept with strategic planning and execution
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, tech-savvy
