Commercial Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial credit underwriting
• Support commercial loan processing document preparation, servicing, and overall portfolio management
• Connect with clients to get financials and documentation to help facilitate commercial loan closings
• Support and facilitate complex commercial loan requests as a support to the commercial lender
• Collect and evaluate required financial information, maintain contact with the borrower to monitor management, and participate in the annual renewal and new commercial loan request processes
• Monitor borrowing base reports, early warning, and other tracking reports
• Oversee preparation and/or coordination of loan document completion and review

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of commercial portfolio management experience required
• Prior C&I experience
• Background in credit analysis
• Experienced in financial statements and tax analysis of commercial loans
