Construction Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop budgets for potential projects
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Manage weekly payouts to sub-contractors
• Maintain the company’s web page and other social media posts
• The ability to use required construction knowledge and experience in construction

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance (company reimburses mileage)
• 3+ years’ experience in construction trade or project management
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lift 60lbs as needed
• Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrate a positive team attitude

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday 
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
