Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets for potential projects
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
- Manage weekly payouts to sub-contractors
- Maintain the company’s web page and other social media posts
- The ability to use required construction knowledge and experience in construction
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance (company reimburses mileage)
- 3+ years’ experience in construction trade or project management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lift 60lbs as needed
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate a positive team attitude
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
