Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage multiple construction projects concurrently through the entire design/build project life cycle, from conception through completion
- Ensure positive owner and contractor experiences by managing and meeting expectations of project scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results
- Obtain and manage permits, including building, DOT, NPDES, etc., necessary for a project
Requirements:
- Construction management or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience are required
- Well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures
- Analytical mind with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
