Contact Center Agent

A rapidly growing organization in the Quad Cities is seeking full-time Contact Center Agents. This could be your role if you are looking for an opportunity with excellent benefits in a positive work environment!

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Provide excellent customer service support
• Listen to and respond to customer questions and concerns
• Share information on services available to clients

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communicator
• Proficient with basic computer skills
• Enthusiastic and team-oriented
• Reliable, with customer focus

Work Model:

• On-site
• Monday – Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays
