Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for standard processes, waste elimination and improved flow
  • Train and mentor leadership on lean practices
  • Develop plans for the implementation of lean principles in every area
  • Teach proven change management and project management practices
  • Develop a strategic plan for events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering
  • 7+ years of continuous improvement experience
  • Ability to provide informative and professional assistance
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing practices, scientific methods, lean principles, and business software
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and support a team with various priorities and needs
