Palmer Group is recruiting a Contract Administrator to join our growing client’s administrative team. This position focuses on supporting the operations management team by assisting with preparing and reviewing bids and contracts. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll and billing rates for data administration entry
  • Prepare information for annual reports and contractor licenses
  • Assist with union contracts and payroll
  • Keep customer contract files up to date
  • Initiate licensing and permit applications
  • Coordinate bonding requests for contracts, licensing, and permits
  • Manage and prepare storm responses, rosters, rates, and reporting requests

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting or business administration
  • 2+ years of contract administration experience 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and math aptitude
