Contract Financial Analyst

Our Des Moines area client has partnered with Palmer Group to search for a Contract Financial Analyst. This is a highly visible position focused on the organization’s performance in a high-profile capacity. Apply today if you’d be a fit for this position! 

Responsibilities:

• Perform various financial forecasts
• Develop variance analysis reports and communicate findings to leaders 
• Work closely with the financial planning leadership team to help improve company financial strategy
• Provide financial expertise as needed
• Collect and audit financial reports and information
• Communicate across various levels of the organization as a Subject Matter Expert

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
• 5+ years of previous progressive financial experience
• CPA is preferred
• Software experience preferred with SAS, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
