Contract Negotiator

Our Des Moines client is seeking a bright, capable, procurement professional with experience working with vendor contracts. Palmer Group is seeking a Contract Negotiator to join an experienced team to negotiate contracts for goods and services while consulting with internal teams. Please apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Review and edit contracts
• Propose and draft contracts
• Lead and stay current on sourcing strategies
• Conduct market research for cost-saving tips
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Manage current and future company contracts

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in procurement with contract negotiation 
• Bachelors degree preferred
• SAAS experience
• Strong data entry and Excel formula skills required 
• Able to consult and build strong internal relationships
• Strong analytical problem solver
• Effective project management skills

Hours:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday – Friday
