We are searching for a candidate who is a natural leader and can bring 2-4 years of experience. This company is growing and wants the individual in this role to grow with them. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal team members to review and negotiate commercial contracts
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Identify and assign risk to adhere to company policies and provide alternate solutions
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Update internal database when a contract is negotiated and signed
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Abstract terms from contracts to provide key point information
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Arrange notifications of expiration dates of agreements
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Assist in the analysis of additional contract documents
  •  
  •  
  •  

Requirements:

  •

  •  
  • Juris Doctorate degree
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • 2-4 years of contracts management and negotiation experience 
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Knowledge of commercial contracting principles and general corporate business practices
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Ability to prioritize work, self-starter mentality
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Attention to detail
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical thinker
  •

  •
