Responsibilities: 

• Oversee general accounting and finance within the organization
• Maintain proper cash management, cost accounting, reporting, and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Maintain financial and General Ledger systems
• Process improvement and efficiencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
• 3+ years of related experience 
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred 
• Highly analytical
