Credit Analyst

Palmer Group is recruiting professionals for a great opportunity within a large financial company in the Des Moines area. Responsibilities: 

• Review payment history and account information
• Negotiate payment plan modifications according to established policies and procedures
• Use telephone negotiating techniques to build and maintain relationships
• Update and confirm debtor information
• Assist with account resolutions

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Able to change focus quickly
• Skilled with negotiation techniques
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn quickly
