CRM Marketing and Sales Analyst

Our West Des Moines client is looking for an expert CRM Marketing and Sales Analyst for their Advancement team. This individual will help support their six-person fundraising and development team’s marketing and sales efforts. If you are interested in this role, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and create a new project
• Support all efforts of the departments, from fundraising to events
• Create and pull reports to advance the efforts of the fundraising team 
• Keep an accurate record of changes in donors’ personal and public information
• Manage databases on behalf of the team 
• Utilize specific software to advance the reach of the fundraising team 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related field
• Experience with CRM or Raisers Edge CRM
• Previous work experience within a sales or marketing department, nonprofit environment a plus
• Prior experience with list and idea generation
