Responsibilities:
- Coordinate brochure shipments and pickups
- Assist in answering and routing phone calls
- Run reports
- Print, sort, and mail brochures, sales materials, customer statements, etc.
- Organize orders received and prep for data entry
- Data enter orders into computer software
- File invoices
- Assist in keeping office clean and organized
- Track inventory of office forms, price sheets, order takers, and sales supplies and keep stocked
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortable working on time-sensitive projects
- Strong time management skills, detail-oriented, friendly, and professional
- Strong technical skills, including typing speed, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, answering phone calls and typing at the same time
Work Model:
- On-Site
- October hours will be about 20-25/week, tis will primarily be doing training, and can be somewhat flexible
- Morning starts preferred
- During November and into December, there will be a need for 30-40 hours/week
