Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential administrative support 
  • Organize and plan management meetings 
  • Prepare various correspondence, reports, and presentation materials for staff management
  • Resolve any issues that arise
  • Uphold excellent customer communication

Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience in a business environment
  • Display a high degree of honesty and integrity 
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Solid Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday
