Remote candidates must have primary residency in one of the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or Texas.
- Answer calls from clients and assist with online transactions (roughly 15-40 inbound calls/day)
- Listen to customers and assess needs regarding retirement plans
- Navigate multiple computer systems
- Input data and assist with transactional needs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to help others
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Monday – Friday
