Customer Service Representative – Agriculture

Responsibilities:

• Place customer orders utilizing various business systems
• Answer inquiries regarding product details, freight cost, order status, and freight status
• Execute outbound calls related to sales or potential informative campaigns
• Service various call queues and possibly chat queues as needed

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Solid computer skills, mainly typing and the ability to use multiple screens and applications
• High-speed internet and dedicated workspace
• High school diploma or GED 

Work Model:

• 8-hour shift
• 7:00AM – 6:00PM
• Monday – Friday
• On-Site
• Can work remotely but must live in Iowa
