Our established Des Moines client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a long-term contract basis. If you have call center experience and are dependable, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Research information and communicate to customers
• Provide quotes to customers
• Document calls in numerous systems

Requirements:

• Professional communication skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Analytical
• Call center experience

Work Model:

• On-site
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday – Friday
