Our agricultural client is searching for a Customer Support Representative I – Agriculture to join their team! In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service while handling inquiries, concerns, and other issues via phone and email. - Answer questions and concerns
- Assist with and resolve customer inquiries
- Develop standard solutions to maintain consistent service
- Ensure accurate customer assistance online
- Document customer interactions
- Promote company while interacting with customers
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Solid computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of agriculture clients is a plus
- Previous experience working with farm and/or lawn equipment is a bonus
- 8-hour shift between 7:00AM – 6:00PM
- Monday – Friday
