Responsibilities:

  • Obtain customer information, accurate and efficient data entry
  • Process customer requests, create Purchase Orders, and ensure timely follow through
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Play a key role in the utilization of ERP system in daily operations
  • Assist with training on ERP and best practices
  • Purchase office supplies and perform other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong time management abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Adept with making decisions efficiently and independently
  • Maintain customer focus and be committed to finding solutions
  • Manufacturing and ERP experience
  • Proven track record of reliability and dependability
