- Assist customers over the phone, email, chat, and video
- Greet new users to the platform and review implementation steps
- Assist with troubleshooting as needed
- Document customer interactions and the solutions provided
- 2-year degree is required, 4 year degree is preferred
- 1-2 years prior experience in a customer support role
- Solid computer skills, specifically typing, using multiple applications, and dual screens
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to research and self-direct
- On-Site, but can move to a hybrid schedule after training
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
