Our client in Wisconsin is looking for a Demand Planner who will be integral to the success of making sure products are available when needed.   • Manage shortage tracking detail for all production facilities
  • Identify potential, realize impacts, and provide information to make decisions on production schedules
  • Perform rework tracking by managing held item detail for all facilities
  • Develop a common tracking system to account by items/serial number the components that are short
  • Identify available component part availability to provide direction on which units can be reworked and when
  • Track rework inventory levels and rework progress across all factory and RDC sites
  • Provide direction on Factory to RDC transfers when the product can be held at RDCs
  • Ensure Fab MO accuracy by maintaining end item MO and MES interface
  • Ensure all finished item MO’s are updated daily and aligned with MES dates
  • Drive daily accuracy into production schedules to support fab planning efforts


  • Minimum of an associates degree in Supply Chain or a related field
  • 3-7 years of material, fulfillment, production scheduling, or fabrication planning-related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) system
  • Knowledgeable in make-to-stock and forecasting environments
