Palmer Group is assisting a client searching for someone to fill their position of Design Engineer. The ideal candidate would have experience in mechanical design relating to frame components (weldments and large assemblies), design for manufacturing, and heavy equipment. Responsibilities:
- Design components
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, and be able to follow procedures for routing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
- Engage with the build process for vehicles and support vehicle testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with automotive/heavy machinery
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
