Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
  • Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Previous experience as a Desktop Support Technician
  • Skilled with desktops, laptops, and workstations
  • Able to work with technology platforms such as Windows 10, Citrix, HPDM, and Ticketing systems
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and communication skills
