Do you have sales experience? We’re currently looking to hire a Director of Customer Experience for our client. This talented individual will spearhead initiatives aimed at elevating and refining the performance of the Inside Sales and Customer Service teams. This role also entails overseeing the Inside Sales and Customer Service teams’ daily operations and crafting strategies geared toward enhancing our customers’ overall experience. Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales pipelines effectively by promoting the use of Salesforce CRM
  • Create demand plans and sales forecasts for internal communication to enhance forecasting and planning efforts
  • Facilitate cross-selling and identify sales opportunities across the organization
  • Assist in handling complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer service procedures and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve service delivery
  • Escalate customer concerns to relevant internal stakeholders when necessary
  • Educate and motivate individuals to achieve their professional objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of people management

Work Model:

  • Hybrid
  • Monday – Friday 
  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM
