Our niche industry client is conducting a nationwide search for a Director of Field Service. This individual will be responsible for the strategic direction of their service teams across the United States. This includes leading four Regional Directors and 23 District Supervisors with the ultimate goal of high customer satisfaction and increased revenue by providing leadership, business analysis, and overall strategic business acumen to an established team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve field service objectives
- Provide leadership and direction for a team of regional and district supervisors
- Meet regularly to assess field service team performance and provide necessary support and direction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop the field service function; this includes buyers, business development, creative, and financial teams
- Establish relationships with key accounts to better understand their business needs and goals
- Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics, identify and implement opportunities for improvement
- Manage operational budget
- Responsible for ongoing development and training of the team
Requirements:
- Retail operations or merchandising in a retail organization
- 7-9 years of organizational leadership experience
- Ability to travel as necessary
