Director of Finance

A growing a growing manufacturing industry leader is adding a Director of Finance to their team. This individual will provide financial leadership and management for all service divisions. Responsibilities:

• Provide sound fiscal management in the operation of all service division financial matters
• Coach branch personnel in systems and processes in order to achieve a high-level of utility and customer value
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, work with service leadership to align training materials
• Travel periodically to branches to reinforce these procedures
• Serve as an internal audit function ensuring processes and procedures such as prudent purchasing, payables, and client credit is properly executed
• Prepare the monthly financial statements for service departments
• Verify financial reports tied to trial balance, verify detailed financial reports tied to summary reports, analyze OH&P for jobs, work orders, and maintenance contracts
• Assist in analyzing variances from budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field
• 10+ years of experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Ability to manage local and remote teams effectively
• Proven experience in financial project management
• Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting
