Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition and onboarding processes
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and make recommendations
  • Implement and oversee the performance management process
  • Manage employee relations and leaves administration processes
  • Coach managers and supervisors
  • Maintain compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of work experience as an HR manager
  • HR certification is highly desirable
