Human Resources

Our client is looking for their first formal strategic Director of Human Resources. As they continue to grow, they need a proven leader to put best practices in place and counsel at all levels of the organization. Will make strategic decisions in a continued effort to hire, develop and retain talent. If you have built a successful HR department and want to put your mark on a company, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruiting strategy and efforts
  • Develop and incorporate employee development and training programs based on industry analysis
  • Design compensation and benefits plans
  • Implement performance review procedures
  • Advise, manage and counsel on employee relations issues
  • Monitor HR budget
  • Review current HR technology and recommend necessary changes/upgrades
  • HR reporting
  • Oversee all daily operations of the Human Resources department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of seven years of HR leadership work experience
  • Industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment experience
