Director of Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with a cohesive brand narrative to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals and overall company initiatives 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
• Responsible for leading external marketing and communication content and partnering with HR and other internal departments to implement effective internal communication strategies 
• Partner with leadership in multiple office locations to market to targeted clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with staff to create and complete RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, presentations, and pre-qualification statements
• Develop, direct, and implement the company’s advertising and promotional activities
• Stay current with industry trends, market analysis, and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth and creative marketing solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing within the construction, engineering, architecture, or other related industry 
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications business administration, or a related field
• Ability to grow and lead a team, having excellent leadership, managerial, or mentorship skills
• Must have knowledge of marketing implementation platforms 
• Ability to build relationships and coordinate marketing strategies with leaders across multiple office locations and business units
• Must be able to take direction, adhere to strict deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Membership and active participation in professional organizations 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other graphics programs
