We are working with a client who is looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead their marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet company objectives
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising and promotional activities, and digital marketing assets
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
  • Provide construction performance evaluations and handle discipline and termination of employees by company policy 
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with media outlets 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing practices 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or related multimedia software and tools
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
