We are partnering with our industry-leading client in their search for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager. The person in this role will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evolving the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)-related programs and initiatives. This highly-visible leader will have the opportunity to use creativity to focus on planning and executing intentional, impactful DEI strategies. If this is your passion, we want to hear from you!


  • Evolve DEI strategy by designing, implementing, and evaluating DEI programs
  • Plan and execute creative strategies that engage and develop people in alignment with the company’s goals
  • Develop and oversee a DEI Advisory Council
  • Partner with human resources team members to integrate DEI principles into all talent processes and practices
  • Collaborate with leaders to support diverse, equitable, and inclusive ways of working
  • Partner with corporate communications and marketing teams on messaging that reinforces
  • Leverage data to evaluate the impact of DEI initiatives, drive decision making, and track progress


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Passion for DEI
  • 3+ years of focused work experience managing DEI initiatives within a complex organization
  • 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources
  • Proven history of managing large-scale or company-wide programs in a matrixed organization
  • Influential partner and expert advisor
