Responsibilities: 

• Attend trade shows and technical seminars to stay current with modern technology
• Train other engineers and plant staff
• Determine the method of research for the planning, design development, and testing of equipment
• Carry out electrical design, machine installation, programming, and startup of systems
• Ensure standardization of control systems and components is upheld
• Evaluate existing processes and equipment and recommend modifications
• Propose new programs to keep equipment and processes technologically advanced 
• Guide, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals
• Assess processes and communicate with operators to identify critical issues through Gemba and Kaizen activities 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with Hardware design focused on power distribution and control design 
• AutoCAD Electrical, Vault, and Autodesk experience 
• Fanuc robotics software and operation
• Proven experience leading initiatives and team members

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
