The person in this role will assist the sales team with the growth and development of client relationships through a passionate approach to customer service. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients on a daily basis
- Educate clients proactively on their policy and policy changes
- Research claims issues, troubleshoot problems, and prepare applications
- Ensure accurate and complete submittals of information to carriers
- Process changes, transfers, and assist in the creation of new policies
- Assist sales team with the information needed for client meetings
Requirements:
- Associate degree in business or related field
- Experience in a customer service role
- Obtain and maintain a personal State of Iowa Insurance license within 30 days of hire
- Detail-oriented and able to manage a fast-paced environment
- Impressive verbal and written communication skills
