Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute comprehensive strategic plans for end-user computing that synchronize with overarching organizational objectives
- Direct and cultivate a team of end-user computing specialists, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and innovation
- Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies proactively and develop solutions to elevate productivity, fortify security, and enrich user engagement
- Manage the development and sustained maintenance of robust end-user computing infrastructures and support frameworks
- Support a Security-First mindset, champion stringent security protocols and compliance standards to safeguard against cyber threats, and uphold data integrity
- Establish user support protocols to ensure effective resolution of issues, enhancing user satisfaction, experience, and productivity
- Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement of processes and technologies
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role within end-user computing
- Expert knowledge of key end-user computing technologies, including desktop and mobile operating systems, enterprise software solutions like Microsoft Office 365, and endpoint management platforms (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
- Demonstrated success in leading dynamic teams supporting diverse business units
- Proven expertise in the formulation and execution of IT strategies, policies, and standards
