Engineering Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the spray-drying manufacturing process
• Act as SME for all on-site employees and expand knowledge/proficiency in that category
• Identify and implement capital improvement projects aimed at increasing the efficiency of the department
• Oversee a team of individuals indirectly by communicating best practices, new efficiencies, equipment upgrades, and maintenance
• Create and develop SOP’s for employees as needed
• Keep up to date with modern trends and equipment, identifying areas of weaknesses

Requirements:

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledgeable of spray-drying manufacturing processes and techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for new industry trends and implementing CI projects and equipment upgrades
