Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of operations plans and forecasts
• Provide recommendations to the team based on analysis of established KPIs
• Analyze opportunity and investment to advance ROI
• Communicate financials effectively and thoroughly to leadership
• Balance multiple projects and demonstrate strong team collaboration skills
• Assist with annual budgeting and budget analysis reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong time management skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Demonstrates knowledge of technology and IT systems
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Highly analytical
