Responsibilities:
- Support CFO and others in compiling and analyzing data
- Oversee annual budget and financial forecasting
- Create reporting to measure KPIs and build a forecast with variance to actual results
- Provide ROI analysis and solutions based on results to management for decision making
- Assist the BI team with the integration
- Present to Sr Leadership
- Work between multiple departments to accomplish team and company goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related area, Master’s preferred
- 7+ years experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Prior managerial or leadership experience
- Experience in a financial institution setting
- Exceptional MS Excel proficiency
