Responsibilities: 

• Manage and provide oversight to a team of financial analysts 
• Develop a team, including recruitment, coaching, and development 
• Create reporting to measure KPIs and build a forecast with variance to actual results 
• Provide ROI analysis and solutions based on results to management for decision making 
• Utilize PowerBI for reporting 
• Present to Sr Leadership 
• Work between multiple departments to accomplish team and company goals 

Requirements: 

• Prior managerial or leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 3+ years of related experience in the Accounting and Financial Analysis area
• Experience utilizing PowerBI is highly preferred
