Our client is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. If you are an experienced front desk admin who enjoys interacting with clients, apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer calls
  • Greet visitors and notify appropriate internal contacts
  • Order office supplies and lunches for staff
  • Assist with departmental administrative project needs
  • Maintain organization and clean lobby area and meetings rooms
  • Handle incoming mail and stock mailroom supplies

Requirements:

  • Prior related administrative support experience
  • Strong MS Office product skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to find efficiencies 
  • Strong communication skills
