  • Lead the planning process to create and maintain an 18-month production schedule aligned with client orders and forecasts
  • Oversee the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the site
  • Develop and implement a supply chain strategy that maximizes customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost
  • Ensure adherence to global inventory policies to optimize inventory levels, ensuring the availability of raw materials and components to support the manufacturing plan while managing inventory turns and mitigating slow-moving and obsolete items
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction focused on enhancing business performance year over year
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed-upon KPIs
  • Mentor and guide the team through performance assessments and goal-setting processes


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with an emphasis in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of related experience in end-to-end supply chain management
  • Proven work experience as a supply chain manager
  • Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and technology
  • Strong understanding of factory processes and production schedules
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
