Our West Des Moines client is adding to their Human Resources team and is actively looking for a Human Resources and Payroll Specialist who can lead payroll efforts as well as assist with other human resources functions in the department, such as managing employee data, their HRIS system, and assisting with learning and development needs. A great opportunity to join a vibrant and established Human Resources Team to support their payroll function and other HR needs. Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll and process bi-weekly payroll
  • Ensure compliance with reporting laws
  • Manage HR budget and billings each month
  • Manage HRIS system through data entering and updating team member information
  • Maintain all employee records for accuracy and compliance purposes
  • Track and manage all training documents for the Human Resources Department

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in human resources or related field
  • UKG experience preferred, or other HRIS/Payroll systems experience
