Our client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to improve the HR processes and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance by maintaining knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Improve the HR processes and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and capabilities
- Assist with recruiting training and development programs
- Maintain all HR policies and assist in the interpretation
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and complaints
- Establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
- Work closely with management and employees
- Counsel managers on employment issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 8+ years of HR industry experience, preferably with a growing organization, in resolving complex employee relations issues through performance management
- Spanish speaker
- 5+ years of knowledge in a broad range of HR functional areas
- Knowledgeable of the functional areas of Human Resources
- Extensive knowledge of California employment law
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM, or other HR certifications preferred
Work Model:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-Site
